Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

Enrolment and Acceptance:

Submission of the application form and the non-refundable deposit constitutes acceptance into the Radiant Vitality School of Reflexology. Acceptance is subject to the availability of space in the chosen course

Tuition and Fees:

Tuition fees cover all instructional materials, practical sessions, and assessments. The payment schedule is outlined separately in the payment policy. There are no hidden costs and students will supply there own towels, pillows, balms and wipes.

Attendance and Participation:

Full attendance is required for successful completion of the course.

Active participation in all practical sessions, assessments, and classroom activities is mandatory.

Certification:

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including practical assessments and examinations.

Code of Conduct:

Students are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and respectful learning environment. Not adhering to the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course.

Refund Policy:

The non-refundable deposit is retained in all circumstances.

Refund requests for course fees will only be considered if extenuating circumstances can be proven

Course Materials:

All course materials provided are for personal use only and should not be distributed without prior written consent.

Privacy and Confidentiality:

Students agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during the course, including discussions and experiences shared by fellow students.

Health and Wellness:

Students are responsible for notifying the school of any health conditions or concerns that may affect their participation in practical sessions. The school reserves the right to make reasonable accommodations based on health considerations.

Changes to Schedule or Curriculum:

The school reserves the right to make changes to the schedule or curriculum if necessary. Students will be informed in advance of any modifications.

Communication:

Official communication from the school will be sent to the email address provided by the student. It is the student's responsibility to regularly check their email for updates.

Grievance Procedure:

A formal grievance procedure is in place for students to address concerns or disputes. Details of the procedure can be obtained from the school office.

By enrolling in the Radiant Vitality School of Reflexology, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and conditions
